This house is placed in Sonewadi near Shirdi.

Wadi is a Persian term, where it is associated to a settlement or a hamlet where like minded people Agglomerated to form ghettos.

This house to be designed for two brothers with identical identities placed in the center of small village. Whole idea of creating house for a joint family where everyone has their own identity completes a family.

Now Wada shows similar kind of character where it exists with closed knitted community, which are interdependent. This phenomenon creates a unanimous and unique identity to the place. This house organized such where it organizes around the central open space where all the blocks (objects) oriented towards the center.

Vocabulary of the house being neatly derived from the traditional mud dwellings with relics/paintings/frescos. Where this house doesn’t show of an appearance of twin row house, while it shows an identity of one which is a unique identity of Indianness talking about unity in diversity, where everyone does have freedom of say in the unity.
